Zdenek Kucera graduated from the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. He obtained the PhD degree in the solid state physics from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University in Prague. He was engaged in basic and applied research of solids and optoelectronics in the Institute of Physics of the Charles University in Prague for 14 years. Since 1993 he worked as a project manager in SMEs focused on manufacturing, services and consultations.
In the Technology Centre Zdenek has been working since 2004 in the Strategic Studies group.
