Lenka Hebakova graduated from West European Studies on the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague. In 2002 she studied on the Sciences Po University in Paris. Since November 2003 she was a project manager of the Operational Programme Human Resources Development on the Employment Services Administration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the CR. She passed an internship in Skelleftea, Sweden, on the active employment policy and lifelong learning. She speaks English, French and German fluently. Ms Hebakova works in the Technology Centre ASCR since May 2005 in the Strategic Studies Department, where she is responsible for analysis and EU Structural Funds projects in the area of human resources for research, development and innovation. She is the country correspondent for the ERAWATCH Network projects for the Czech Republic. She has been temporarly based in the CZELO Office in Brussels from April till December 2009.
